ALL ABOUT ME:

 My name is Rebecca Van Drongelen.  I grew up in Ipswich, SD.  I went to college at Northern State University, in Aberdeen, SD.  At NSU, I received my undergraduate degree in Elementary and Special Education.  My first teaching job was in Montrose, SD.  I taught K-6 Special Education. In 1995, I started teaching at Axtell Park Middle School.  My first eight years at APMS, I was on the Gorilla Team and taught 8th grade Special Education.  Currently, I teach 6th grade Language Arts/ Reading on the Tiger Team.

In my spare time, I like to spend time with my family.  I'm married to Mike. We have two little girls.  Their names are Raeann and Allie.  Raeann enjoys dance, soccer, basketball and playing the piano. Allie loves dance and soccer. We also have a pug named Gracie.  She is fun! My family is the light of my life.
